City College

City College is on a 35 acre campus in Manhattan, and was founded in 1847. The college is the alma mater of 10 Nobel Laureates and is in the top 12% of all universities in the world. The school has about 16,000 students in attendance with over 200 student clubs and 10 different fraternities and sororities. The college is noted for being the top ranked CUNY school, and also offers multiple majors across 5 schools and an honors college. 
 The school is also notable for its outstanding location- both the campus and its dormitories (known as 'The Towers') are close to many of NYC's major points of interest.
