  • Salem State U is a four year public university
  • Located on the historic seacoast town of Salem, MA
  • About 15 miles north of Boston, MA

  • About 7,600 students enrolled in their undergraduate program

  • The SSU Speaker Series established in 1982, the first high profile speaker series the country has hosted.  The Speaker Series has hosted influential people along the lines of Gerald Ford, comedian Jay Leno and poet Maya Angelou.
