Suffolk University has a very rich history. It was originally founded as a law school in 1906 until the business school and undergraduate arts and science school was added. The undergraduate school provides a rich liberal arts education with over 30 majors to choose from and extensive study abroad programs. Suffolk University also has a main campus in Madrid, Spain which is a common place for people to go to for a study abroad. 

The college also offers accelerated programs like an accelerated 5-6 years Bachelor's/Master's degree in five specified areas including criminal justice and interior architecture. Some Suffolk undergraduate students choose to do the six year Bachelor's/Law degree which will allow them admission to the Suffolk Law school at the end of their junior year of college. They invite students with vaired major interests to apply.

Suffolk is very much invested in the achademic success of their students so they have a great student Academic Skills Center. With a small student/teacher ratio, undergraduates receive hands on training and develope close bonds with their professors.

The school offers over 50 clubs and a part of NCAA Division III sports teams. Plus Suffolk University is in downtown  Boston, offering a rich social life outside of the classroom.
