1:27 Alfred University

Alfred University is a small college in the village of Alfred, which is south of Buffalo. It has four schools- a liberal arts, business, engineering, and a graduate school- and a population of about 2,300. Alfred also has five art galleries on campus, and over 80 student clubs and organizations. The college is over 150 years old and currently offers 40 majors. The cost of attendance is $45,360 for a student in the school of Liberal Arts & Sciences, and an aid award for a student whose family income is between $0-50,000 can be anywhere from $37,000-40,000.


The "Castle", or Steinheim Museum, where students can find the Center for Professional Development and a small museum collection.
